Our annual autumn concert celebrates the inexhaustible inventiveness of
Antonio Vivaldi, the Venetian master whose works never fail to delight and
uplift. Featured in this program are four recently discovered sinfonias (concertos
for string orchestra), three concertos for solo instruments (violin, oboe, and
trumpet), and two fabulous double concertos—for two violins, and for trumpet
and oboe—performed by our stellar soloists. As is customary, Maestro introduces
each work with his engaging “live notes.”

Running time: 90 minutes – no intermission

The Camerata concert series is sponsored by The Phelan Family Foundation
